1. Bookings are only confirmed and guaranteed upon receipt of valid credit card details
2. Cancellations are excepted one week prior to arrival in June, July, August, September, 24 dec - 2 jan, and three days prior to arrival for the remaining months. In this case we will return 95% of the deposit made (5% are non refundable bank charges)
3. Penalty for late cancellations and no shows is equivalent to three nights stay, and will be charged to the credit card.
4. Should the booking be for less than three days, then the number of nights booked will be taken as a charge.
