- NO MONEY WILL BE TAKEN OUT OF THE CREDIT CARD
- Credit card details are only kept as a guarantee against no show or late cancellation
- Payment for the room are to be settled in cash or by credit card during check in at the hotel
- Bookings are only confirmed and guaranteed upon receipt of valid credit card details
- Cancellations are excepted without charge :-
- 7 days prior to arrival in June, July, August, September, 24 dec - 2 jan
- 3 days prior to arrival for the remaining months.
- Penalty for late cancellations and no shows is equivalent to three nights stay, and will be charged to the credit card.
- Should the booking be for less than three days, then the number of nights booked will be taken as a charge.
- The name on the credit card and the name of the guest reservation are to be the same
